SUBSTITUTION OF THE PLOT IN NEWEST RUSSIAN PROSE

Bezrukov A.N.

Abstract

The verges of the newest Russian prose today are formed rather arbitrarily. Researchers are not interested in this period, therefore, work in this direction can be in demand, as it supports a scientific dialogue in a wide mass of critical observations. The article, using the example of small forms of Dina Rubina, examines the specifics of the organization of the plot canvas, analyzes the imagery of the text, decodes the artistic conflict. It is worth noting that an analysis of the aesthetics of Dina Rubina, as well as an assessment of the narration of her texts is an effective, quite productive toolkit for understanding the essence of the latest literature. The relevance and novelty of the work lies in the use of the not so often considered collection of short stories by Dina Rubina - “Master-tarabuka”. In our opinion, it is in this book that the base of the poetic forms of Rubin is concentrated, the basic methods of creating artistic reality are verified in it. The world of Dina Rubina is different from the so-called women's prose of the late XX - early XXI century - this is Lyudmila Petrushevskaya, Victoria Tokareva, Tatyana Tolstaya, Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Guzel Yakhina. In our opinion, Rubin’s skill in the ability to competently combine literary forms, to combine a number of contrasting positions in an interesting plot, to include the peripetia element as a sign of the denouement of artistic conflict. Substitution of the plot for the writer is not only an end in itself, but also an effective marker of promising reception. The interpretation of small forms by Ruby allows us to determine the range of topics and current problems of the modern world. Time, space, social distance, tragic and comic limits - this is all that works to create an artistic code in the new conditions. The collection “Master-tarabuka” is a conceptual model of connected events, a form of determination of the ontological essence of man. For Dina Rubina, the search for an alternative truth is always in tune with a series of trials that fell to the lot of heroes. At the same time, the title character extrapolates the plot that happened to him, both to the second-order heroes and the potential reader. Life in Rubin’s stories is valuable in itself; an event layer is an axiological projection. The conclusion that the recipient can make is, of course, individual. The result is not like the others, but it is extremely concerned with serious problems of a metaphysical order. Small forms of Ruby condense the essential truth of life, they have a lot of natural, aesthetically correct. The article indicates that the semantic paradigm of the collection “Master-tarabuka” is close to the type of rhizome. The expansion and increase in connotations occurs due to ups and downs, substitution of subjects, literary, cultural paraphrases, reminiscences, allusions. The conclusion testifies to the peculiar manner of Dina Rubina, the writer’s ability to combine the classical version of poetics with the techniques of the modernist order.

VOIDNESS AS A NEED FOR MEANINGFULNESS (TO THE QUESTION OF “EMPTY SOUL” HEROES OF RUSSIAN LITERATURE)

Lyutyi V.O.

Abstract

Sooner or later, a wave of alienation descends on a human being, enveloping it with a cold embrace - this is entropy or, to put it a little differently, - emptiness. Unfortunately, philosophy, science, religion and literature do not provide a concrete understanding of this phenomenon, and even more so do not explain why a person is disturbed by this strikingly abstract feeling, a feeling that can be explained in different ways; for example, like this: loss of involvement and / or connection with the world, some loss of awareness that you are “existing” and exist in the world at a given moment in time, loss of meaningfulness of life.To compensate or level this feeling, a person directs his forces in one of the channels: in creation or in destruction. One way or another, but man, being part of nature, does not tolerate the unnatural “emptiness” caused by world estrangement, therefore he, the man, strives with all his might to give meaning to being - to find meaning. Man does not tolerate meaninglessness, and nature does not tolerate the void generated by meaninglessness. In this article we will try to analyze the concepts of “emptiness” and - concomitant to the first - “empty soul”, what they are supposed to be and what lead a person to, and most importantly, in what areas of being are displayed. We are primarily interested in literature: using examples from it, we will consider the “empty soul” of some literary heroes and try to come to certain conclusions based on data from philosophy and literary criticism.

ORNITHOMORPHIC ARCHETYPE OF A BIRD IN THE MYTHOLOGICAL REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD AND THE OB UGRIC PEOPLES AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PROSE OF E. AIPIN

Rimareva E.N.

Abstract

Considering orthomorphic images of birds, the author set as his goal their understanding in various cultural and literary traditions. The article substantiates the position that the symbolic images of birds found in the mythology of the peoples of the world are due to the presence of a collective unconscious mind, and the typicality of plots and images confirms the hypothesis that there is a single source. Totem images of birds are universally fixed in the cultural tradition of the peoples of the world, with many birds in ancient times certain mythological ideas were associated, in particular, the idea of the cyclical nature of life and the human principle. Analysis of archetypal images of birds allows us to conclude that the Ob-Ugric folk tradition is interconnected with the literary traditions of other peoples of the world. Representative of the modern literary Yugra E.D. Aypin in his work implements various ornithomorphic images of birds, enshrined in the mythoculture of the Khanty ethnic group, skillfully weaving them into the fabric of an artistic text. They give the reader the opportunity to more deeply penetrate the idea of uniting the worldview of heroes with the mythocultural tradition of the Ob Ugrians, emphasize the ability of birds to influence people's destinies in various ways: portend misfortune or joy, combine past and present. The literary understanding of the bird archetype in the work of E. Aipin allows us to talk about its sacred semantics. The study is conducted on the basis of the comparative method, a comparative study of literature and cultures, providing an understanding of the ornithomorphic bird archetype in the literary tradition of the peoples of the world and in the specifics of its implementation in the literary tradition of the Ob Ugrians. Also, the methods of analysis are comparative-historical, cultural, comparative-typological.

Speshilova V.P., Kultysheva O.M.

Abstract

In our article, we consider such types of heroes characteristic of Russian literature of the 19th century as “extra man”, “little man”, “man of the third estate seeking to assert himself in the social sphere”, “humiliated and insulted man”, “new man”, we give an example for each type, analyze the heroes of Russian literature, and examine why they belong to a certain type. So, considering the type of "extra person", we turn to the work of A.S. Pushkin “Eugene Onegin”, “a little man” the story of N.V. Gogol's "Overcoat", a type of person of the third estate, seeking to establish himself in the social sphere, - A.S. Pushkin's “Queen of Spades” and F.M. Dostoevsky's “Crime and Punishment”, the type of “humiliated and insulted” is characterized by the example of a novel by F.M. Dostoevsky's “Poor People” (images of Makar Devushkin and Varenka Dobroselova), and the type of “new man” - on the example of Yevgeny Bazarov from the novel by I.S. Turgenev “Fathers and Sons.” The article notes that the type of “little man” in Russian literature of the XIX century is repeatedly transformed. So, he is transformed into types of a person of the third estate, who in various ways seeks to realize himself in the social sphere, in society; “Humiliated and insulted person”; turns into an image of a person who continues to remain below the socio-hierarchical ladder, but endowed with a big heart. It is also noted that such a change is due to the socio-historical development of Russia, the emergence of new bourgeois relations. As a result, it is concluded that writers created types of heroes in order to reliably convey the era in which such characters were born.

Sebeleva A.V.

Abstract

The fairy tale «Humpback horse» is known to all-both children and adults, and everyone likes it and opens in their own way. The child is interested in the external course of events, the story of Ivan the fool, who with the help of a wonderful skate found his happy fate. For the adult reader, a different, deeper meaning of the fairy tale narrative opens up. Yershov's tale evokes reflections on the history of Russia and those who were in power and decided the fate of people. «The hunchback horse» continues the tradition of literary poetic fairy tales, primarily Pushkin's, and at the same time it is a new word in Russian literature. It is impossible to name a specific fairy tale that is identical to the plot of Yershov. The writer has combined in his work the images, motives, and the plot moves well-known folk tales. However, the author of the article will try to give an idea that «The hunchback Horse» is not just a combination of elements from individual fairy tales, but a completely new, for its time, complete and complete work. The tale of Р.Р. Yershov is a very complex multi-level work, the meanings of which are not immediately read. There are many interpretations of this fairy tale, images of the main characters. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the fairy tale «Humpback horse» is an attempt to tell about an ambivalent national element, diverse and variegated. In this national space there is a place for everything: people and animals, real characters and «other» forces, Christianity and paganism, tragedy and Comedy, moral and immoral, God and the Devil, good and evil.

MOTIV FOR SEARCHING THE TRUTH, THE MEANING OF LIFE IN THE STORY BY A. PLATONOV «COTTLED»

Chulaeva A.A.

Abstract

The art world of A. Platonov is versatile and symbolic. His works are woven into a single system by common motives. These plexuses start from the interconnected motifs of freedom and violence, personality and society, the historical path of Russia, the contact of generations, life and death, as well as the search for the truth and meaning of life. These motives are closely intertwined and are in mutual unity. The problem of truth throughout life interested and worried Platonov, especially during those complex historical and personal crises, when in the surrounding world there was a lack of meaning in life. The epicenter of the writer's works depicts a conflict between society and man. Society, it turns out, does not need a person, so he is forced to roam the world in search of the truth and meaning of life. One of the main motives of the story “Pit” is a motive for the search for truth and meaning in life. The article talks about the motive for the search for the truth and the meaning of life in the novel and creative heritage of A.P. Platonov as a whole. This motif is often repeated and used by the writer in works written from the end of 1920 to the mid - 1930s. It is already declared in the exposition of the work and is plot-forming in the novel “Pit”. The hero of the story of Platonov seeks to understand the meaning of what is happening in order to consciously take part in the construction of an all-proletariat house. The plot, theme and motive are not new in Russian literature. But in the Platonic novel, the old is connected with the new, born in a new time - the construction of socialism.

LINGUISTIC PECULIARITIES OF THE CATEGORY OF TIME ON THE BASIS OF «THIRTEEN REASONS WHY» BY J. ASHER

Filistova N.Y., Bashkirtceva A.Y.

Abstract

This article examines linguistic features of the category of time in the novel “Thirteen Reasons Why” by J. Asher. “Thirteen Reasons Why” is a novel written by American writer Jay Asher. The novel tells the story of Hannah Baker, a high school student experienced the pain of betrayal and loneliness. Desperate Hannah decided to commit suicide, having previously announced 13 reasons for her act on 7 cassettes, telling about the people who somehow caused it. The necessity to study the category of time due to its special importance in fiction has made this article relevant. The material for the study was the original text of J. Asher 's novel “Thirteen Reasons Why”. The main methods are the method of linguistic observation of language facts, the method of solid sampling and analysis of lexical units, elements of contextual, linguostylistic analysis, the method of text and structural analysis. Any author is distinguished by his own, specific set of expressive-emotional means and the unique style that is his hallmark. Space and time play a major role in text construction. Questions concerning the category of time are of interest to both literary scholars and linguists, because time is reflected both in the system of a language and in the fiction, where it appears by certain language means and text parameters that convey temporal relations and thus form the meaningful and structural integrity of the text.
